Is Ordering Secure?

All personal information submitted to FishFace.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party. Our online store is built upon the Squarespace cart system and Stripe, which means you have one of the biggest and best technology companies in the world securing your order and information.

How can I pay?

You may pay with any major credit card. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "Fish Face". You may also use PayPal for your online orders.

What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by your local mailman. No signature is required. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail delivery and are subject to higher rates than might be posted in your order. (International orders will be contacted via email on any additional charges.)

How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping is determined in U.S. pounds (lbs.) by the approximate combined weight of all items in your order. Please "Click" the shipping estimate button in your cart to see your actual shipping charge. Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country. We will contact you if there are any additional shipping charges.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders require at least 2 business days to process before they are actually shipped. USPS Priority Mail: General delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

USPS International Shipping: General delivery time is 8 to 12 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.

Do you offer overnight/rush shipping?

Yes. It usually costs as much as the item overnight. Please "Click" the shipping estimate button in your cart to see your actual shipping charge. Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation.

What kind of products do you use?

Guys tees: 5 oz., Gildan (or similar quality shirt brand) 100% cotton, preshrunk (Heather Grey: 90% cotton/10% polyester). Seamless double-needle collar; taped neck and shoulders; double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Our guy’s t-shirts are pretty much your standard regular sizes. If you order your true size, you will have some extra room as far as the fit is concerned.

Ladies tees: 5 oz., Gildan (or similar quality shirt brand) 100% cotton, preshrunk (Heather Grey: 90% cotton/10% polyester). Seamless double-needle collar; taped neck and shoulders; double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Our girl’s t-shirts are cut for a woman (shorter sleeves and not as long).

Unisex Tees: 4.2 oz. 100% pre-shrunk cotton fabric, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, and side-seamed. Quality direct-to-garment printing will withstand hundreds of washes when cared for properly. We recommend turning the shirt inside out and machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners or dry clean. Hang dry only. How do I return/exchange an item?

Any merchandise that is defective in any way can be returned as long as it has not been washed or worn. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please enclose reason for return and any other instructions as well as a few dollars for the return postage. Turnaround time is about 7-10 days. ALSO, if emailing for “a return” please include a phone number or address where you can be reached (your spam filters don’t always allow for a reply to pass through). I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please call us at 815.338.2919 with your order number and specifics on what we messed up. Once we have your item back, we will send you a new one. We will also take care of all the shipping costs.
